Fair Trading ACT 1987?

The Aust govt website eta.immi.gov.au does NOT allow people with valid eta visas to LOOK UP the validity of their visa on their website UNLESS they both bought from that site and have their log in details.

This transgresses 2 of the Fair Trading ACT 1987 requirements

Unconscionable behaviour

Exploiting all people especially the elderly and non-native english speaking by forcing them to PAY for another visa even if they have a valid eta visa.

False and misleading

Even a 5 yr old should be able to work this one out.
